Kelly Stulce, a 1993 graduate of the College of William and Mary, is a project manager in the Division of Vehicle, Driver, and System Safety. Ms. Stulce has a wealth of experience in a number of areas, including coordination of naturalistic driving studies and development of study protocols for Institutional Review Board consideration. A veteran of the Second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2) project, her research interests concentrate on the identification of vulnerable user populations and the exploration of viable means to reduce this vulnerability.
