Supply Chain, Transportation, Automation, & Resource Sustainability

Ginny Williams is the Program Lead for the Carbon-Neutral and Sustainability in Freight program in the Dock to Door Coalition and a Research Associate in VTTI’s Supply Chain, Transportation, Automation, and Energy Resource Sustainability (STARS) Group. In this role, she works with VTTI researchers and Coalition partners to advance alternative charging & fueling projects and fleet conversion efforts. Prior to this role, she worked with various groups at VTTI including the Global Center for Automotive Performance Simulation, the Proposal Team, and the Marketing and Communications Group. She is active in the VTTI CARES network, a mutual aid network to support colleagues in need.

Prior to joining VTTI, Ginny has worked as a freelance grant writer for several nonprofit organizations in the greater New York City area and as a college administrator at the College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) in Syracuse, New York. She holds a B.S. and an M. Eng. in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, and a Master of Professional Studies in Environmental Interpretation from ESF. She is passionate about building strong and resilient communities with safe, dependable, and sustainable transportation.
