Lesheng Hua is a transportation researcher in the Division of Vehicle, Driver, & System Safety. Dr. Hua received her Ph.D. in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2014. She has 12 years of experience as a human factors researcher, having worked on projects related to measuring air traffic controllers’ performance, evaluating weather information communication in the cockpit, analyzing distraction caused by wearable devices, and investigating car accident rates. She is the first author of several journal articles, and she has presented at numerous conferences.
